Uses of the Models

The creation of System Dynamics models began in the 1970's with the introduction of applications used in the organization of production, and in the 1980's where applications were used in the management and direction of companies. In the 90's its application extends to the field of the ecology and the environment, and it is in recent years that it has been introduced in the study of human behavior.
The characteristics of this model have changed in base on their scope of application, and thus, a model of organization of the production has more variables than a model of the environment, although more hours are necessary for the creation of an environmental model.
